Apart from the location, Nothing is good at the hotel

Service very poor, towels not changed, cleaning was poor, rooms were dirty and unkept. Would not recomend the property to anyone

My favourite apartment to go to during my stay in KL. Big , spacious and alot of places around that can go by walking.

Our aircon was having issues that we need the technician to come at least 3times to get it repaired.

Overall a very pleasant and peaceful stay

It was a beautiful apartment , a very relaxing holiday vibe , also very child friendly , staff went above and beyond to help us

Ticks almost all of the boxes

I've been to KL quite a few times and have stayed in quite a few really nice (although some maybe a little bit overpriced!) 5* places in around the Golden Triangle area, but this may have been the best place I've stayed so far. Reasonably priced on Booking.com. Relaxed environment but still very secure. Excellent location. Only a short walk to Bukit Bintang but far away enough to be able to escape the noise. Also very close to KL Tower, monorail, shops and sights. A few restaurants on the site, but also lovely local market stalls selling food (plus more on Fridays) on the street outside the compound too. 1 bedroom suite was very spacious. Great facilities in the room. Bathroom and w/c. A/C wasn't working for a while, but reception had somebody come up and remedy the problem fairly promptly without much hassle at all. Washer and dryer were very handy too - could have packed much more lightly if I was paying more attention. Overall, exceeded expectations. Fantastic!

Only good for its location.

Long swimming pool at the centre of the residences with a baby pool. Great view of KL tower and underground parking available to use with keycard. 2 bedroom had separate washer and dryer as well as a separate room as an office. Good if working while on vacation :-) TVs in all rooms including living room but TV channel service was not clear on some channels.

Limited number of towels at the swimming pool. First room we saw was not clean and not maintained. Immediately changed rooms upon request but its inconvenient especially after a long flight. Charge for extra water, charge for laundry detergent. Maintenance team and schedules is not good enough for this size building. Paint was peeling off the walls plus some drawings on he walls from previous tenants was not cleaned. Leaks from bidets. Bathroom floors not polished in a long time. Leak from sink. Pillows too soft. Maximum 2 towels / bedroom. Single road to get to the hotel/residence is not clearly marked and easily missed.

Enjoyable and so comforting.

Location is superb. It is in center of city. So close to KL tower, Petronas Tower, Public transport. Street market on every friday, thats cherry on a cake.

Bfast selection. Complementary vouchers for 2 restraurants with very limited set menu for bfast. Not so good. Also for drinks you only get to choose black and white coffee and not even juice. Felt like not worth to pay for bfast for 8 days where I could have selected so many different options from nearby. Checkin time is 3:00 pm, I sent atleast 10-15 messages before to confirm out flights are early and will need early checkin. We were at hotel at 9:30am and for early checkin we had to pay 250 RM for 5 hours. Which I beleive is quite much (almost 80$) I understand the policy but it should be bit less not almost like a day cost.

Great location, massive room and awesome views.

The size of the apartment was perfect, including the view of the spire. We felt very safe here, being enclosed in a group of residences. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they would clean our room daily and wash our dishes. Could walk to lots of major attractions.

Bed mattress was very firm, you would feel a little sore in your joints from the firmness. The aircon was very noisy - 24/7 - the level was so loud it would keep you awake at night. We tried to turn it off, however the noise would continue - it was too hot not to have it on. We kept pressing buttons to have the quiet mode on but nothing would change. It was the only bad thing about the property - everything else was perfect. It was a set breakfast menu at a local nearby restaurant (not a banquet like we were used to), it was nice but limited.

Guard house too strict.... Need to take a taxi or car out of you have luggage!? I don't quite understand the check out logic there.

I would have stayed elsewhere

There sheets in the master bedroom were dirty, the carpet had a huge stain on it and the bathroom door wouldnt close. There were numerous marks on the walls all of which I have never experienced in a 5 star hotel. The staff were helpful though and the location was good.

Problem with A/C

A lovely hotel.

This time, we had a problem with the A/C. Probably the batteries were old. We had to call the reception a couple of times to have the A/C fixed. Also, the staff didn't know the internet password for the pool and the gym.

Reasonable priced apartment at a great location.

The Location is exceptional, walking distance to Pavilion which is one of the busiest area. And the toilet at the main bedroom was spacious with a bath tub included. Staff was friendly and courtesy.

The 2 single bed was really small for 2 male adults.

It was a bad serviced apartment to stay in for the price we had paid!

Security was one of the good factor that i would give a thumbs up as the security would need your room key to activate the entrance barrier for any car to enter the compound

Checking-in was extremely slow and the reception wasn’t friendly at all. It’s as if you’re going to 7-eleven to purchase something and afterwards making payment. I was hoping at least wishing us to have a great stay with them but no one did that. Bellman wasn’t helping us with the luggage when we’re at the lobby. In fact,only pretended to help us when we’re almost proceeding to the reception -_- Corridor is not air-conditioned,it takes hours for our living room to get cold. In fact,was warm the whole night. Our bedroom is worse! I had to on the fan throughout the whole night when they said maintenance team is coming but no one appeared after calling them thrice. They said was busy and their team is attending to other guests. Our balcony was facing an office building that has air-conditioning unit and it was so hot. There’s no use sitting at the balcony in fact. Was totally upset with the whole experience!!!! Even the lobby lounge coffee machine was out of water after a few times trying to get a cup of coffee. No one really seems to bother refilling the coffee machine. Not recommending anyone to stay here. Doubletree Hilton or Ascott would have been 10 times better

Overall okay good for a short break in the city.

The service from the staffs were poor especially those at the front desk during check in time of 4pm on 21/4/2018. No one likes a grumpy person ✌????

Decent place for a decent price. However won't stay here again. Mainly for tourists as I "was" one.

Spacious rooms and beds. Cleaning staff were great. A very short walk to Pavilion and Lot 10. Plenty of bars around and KLCC is a short GRAB ride around the corner. Great pool with nice greenery surrounding the pool.

The Wi-Fi connection was very poor, as with international roaming connection (data and mobile) with Vodafone Austalia connected to Digi 3G and 4G. The Wi-Fi connection was almost non-existent as it kept dropping out.

our third stay but probably our last. this hotel needs urgent refurbishment and better trained staff

kettles, microwave missing in our rooms, not enough towels, towels old and threadbare. all rooms dirty walls with chipped paint and damaged walls & doors in urgent need of refurbishment. shower didn't drain properly, had to shower in our own dirty water pooling around us.

Lovely stay,beautiful hotel

Location is good A little bit away from the busier areas near pavilion mall Lovely view of the KL tower Spacious apartment

The cleanliness,the apartment was musty and dusty when we arrived A bit better after we asked them to clean Very basic cleaning done daily and not very well Kitchen tops etc not cleaned properly in a while,we didn’t cook so not an issue for us
